Refund policy
Returns
Our online policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You must obtain an approval before a refund can be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it with all tags still on. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Leggings, Candles, Home Fragrance, and Jewelry. Nor do we accept returns on Sale or Discounted items. All holidays items including dresses, blouses, pants and jewelry that is holiday themed or made of sparkly fabric are also except from being returned.

- Sale Items
- Home Fragrance and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
After receiving an approval for an exchange/refund you may bring it into the store directly within 10 days of placing your order and select a new item or in store credit. Certain items cannot be exchanged or refunded please see above.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your refund is not approved, it will be returned to you and you will be charged return shipping. Please obtain approval before returning an item.
In Store purchases are non-returnable, non-exchageable.
We Hand inspect and pack every item to insure that it is in 100% perfect condition when you receive it. We will not exchange or refund any item that is damaged in any way.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
